How to Become a Member

The Table of Impact Investing Practioners (TIIP) is Canada’s industry forum for the 50+ funds and organizations building domestic impact investing vehicles. Our objective is to help increase the flows of repayable capital to Canada’s social purpose and impact organizations, thus increasing their capacity to help reach the United Nations Sustainble Development Goals (UN SDGs).

We meet – via a monthly call called ‘TIIPing point’ where we hear the case studies, stories, challenges and opportunities of our sector.

We fund – via our 50% ownership of BOANN Impact LP, one of three wholesalers distributing the Federal Social Finance Fund.

We lead – together with our sister organization CAFIID (focused on overseas deployment) we co-lead Canada’s National Advisory Board for Impact Investing, under the Global Steering Group (GSG) and in resonance with principles established at the Global Impact Investing Network (GIIN).

We represent – We actively seek to include any impact investing organization in Canada, as a TIIP member. As a membership organization, our leadership election process seeks best practice in diversity, equity and inclusion.
